Bamboo is the largest consumer of passion fruit, or "lilikoi," in the state of Hawaii! This is one reason why: creamy white chocolate and lilikoi in an old fashioned shortbread cookie crust, then drizzled with lilikoi.
Kohala Lime Pie
Similar to a Key Lime Pie, but richer and more like a cheesecake. The crust is granola, coconut and madadamia nuts, and we're growing organic limes for this pie right here in town!
